A licence to use the Toolkit. The full asset list is shown in the licence certificate delivered with your purchase.
The licence is per organisation, not per user. It permits unlimited internal use by employees and contractors of the purchasing organisation, across all entities within the same ownership group. It does not permit distribution, resale, publication, or sublicensing outside your organisation, and it does not permit use of the materials to create a competing product or service.
Your licence includes updates for 12 months from the date of purchase. Updates are issued when new regulatory guidance, new enforcement decisions, or substantive corrections affect the content. Updates are delivered by email with a changelog. Renewal after 12 months is optional and priced separately.
Delivery is digital. On receipt of payment, you will receive a download link and your licence certificate by email, typically within 1 day. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact support@clearpath-esg.com.
Because the toolkit is delivered digitally and cannot be returned, refunds are available only where the product was not as described, the files were defective, or the purchase was made in error. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, with the reason stated. Where a refund is issued, the buyer confirms in writing that all downloaded files have been deleted and that no copies have been retained. Refunds are not available for change of mind.
The toolkit is a compliance tool. It does not constitute legal advice. You remain responsible for obtaining legal advice on the application of the materials to specific claims and for all decisions made in reliance on them.
This purchase is made from Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle's terms of sale, refund policy, and privacy notice apply to the transaction. These product terms apply on top of Paddle's terms and govern your licence to use the toolkit.
